Center for the Arts Eagle Rock is located in a historic 1914 Carnegie Library building that has classic Mission Revival architecture. The Center is available for rentals on a limited basis throughout the year on weekends. Some of the events that have been held in our facility are weddings, birthday parties, holiday parties, receptions, filming and corporate functions. The maximum capacity for the building is 125 guests for a sit down function and 225 for a standing event.

Couples can choose between a selection of unique outdoor event spaces to host their ceremony and reception. The Egyptian Fountain offers an elegant setting for an outdoor ceremony of up to 100 guests. From here, the newlyweds and their guests can retire to the Andalusian Patio and adjoining Library for cocktail hour. For dinner and dancing, you'll move past elegant wrought iron gates to the immaculately maintained Rose Garden, which seats up to 200 guests. When renting the house for your magical milestone, you and your guests also gain access to the first floor of the house and the kitchen.
